- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 12, 2019, by Henry TalbottI was charged $69.00 fot a tech to spend 7 minutes in my home to tell me that my window air conditioner wasn't worth repairing and even if I purchased and had them install a new unit no portion of that $69.00 would be applied toward my bill. I would have appreciated being apprised of that detail when I called about service BUT I WAS NOT! ITS CALLED THE "GOTCHA".
